I made a test of new type Tomba slider to classical Tomba slider.
The classical slider is still better in performance (energy):

I did it for 6,5 and 7 mm. It is possible for other shafts also.

I just wanted to record a sound on shoot with PU damper.
Volevo solo registrare un suono a sparare con PU serranda.

Here is a sound recorded with normal spear without PU damper.
Ecco un suono registrato con lancia normale senza PU serranda.

If you listen carefully you will hear that with PU damper is more quiet.
Se si ascolta attentamente si sente che con PU ammortizzatore è più tranquillo.

For 7 mm shaft would be better make like this (if using PU tubing 6 x 4 mm):
Per 7 mm asta sarebbe meglio fare così (se si utilizza PU tubo 6 x 4 mm):
